As a Christian you are probably familiar with the Last Supper, but did you know that the Last Supper was a Passover Seder dinner?

The Seder is an interactive presentation that takes participants through a traditional Passover Seder through the eyes of the Jewish sages and the writers of the New Testament.  Through this experience you will gain a greater understanding of the Jewish heritage of your faith and have the opportunity to engage with God’s story of redemption that was provided through “the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world” (John 1:29).

Through the experience of the Passover Seder you will also gain a greater understanding of:

·      Easter and the resurrection of Jesus

·      Where communion came from

·      The rhythmic calendar Jesus celebrated

·      The life and ministry of Jesus

An Art Exhibit By Artists Within The Shoreline Community

In the week leading up to Easter, we invite you to prepare your heart and learn more about Jesus’ last week before His death. Each station features works created by local artists who will share their interpretation of the events leading up to the death and resurrection of Christ.
